Tim grew up in the Austin area involved in the dairy business his grandfather started. In high school, he began working for a Massey Ferguson dealership that led to a sales management position with the corporate office in Racine, WI and later was transferred to Dallas, TX. A sales position in the wholesale nursery business brought Tim to East Texas over 23 years ago. During this time, he also owned and operated a retail store in Tyler. His agriculture and sales experience influenced him to get his real estate license. Tim received his Broker's license in December 2016 and purchased United Country Frazer Realty in July 2017 after approximately 11 years as a real estate agent. The name was changed to United Country Real Estate East Texas Land and Homes in January 2019. Tim enjoys listing & selling East Texas ranch-timberland-recreational-hunting-pastureland-country homes in Cherokee, Rusk, Houston & surrounding counties. Tim is a member of the Greater Tyler Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He is a board member of the Rusk State Hospital Volunteer Council. He and his wife Holly, a teacher, have two sons and reside in Jacksonville. Tim enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.
Adam was born and raised right here in Cherokee County in the small county seat of Rusk. In 2022 he decided to get started as a real estate agent to assist those looking into selling their East Texas property or moving to the East Texas area. He was raised to work hard and to give a 110% to every task set before him. While growing up, he was involved in the community through his church and Boy Scouts. He has knowledge of the surrounding area from hunting, fishing, camping, and enjoying the great outdoors.

Chastity was born in Clarksdale, MS in 1974 and grew up there with her parents, brother, and sister. She attended school in Clarksdale and graduated in 1994. After high school, she married and had three children. Chastity worked at a local beauty supply store while raising her family in her hometown.
In 2016, Chastity moved to Rusk, TX and married Adam Watson. She now has a stepson whom she loves as much as her own children, and she and Adam have five grandchildren whom they adore. They are proud members of Harmony Missionary Baptist Church, and Chastity is happy to call Rusk her hometown.
Chastity joined UCRE East Texas Land And Homes as an office manager in July 2021 and is enjoying her work here. Prior to joining our team, Chastity worked at Suddenlink for five years and then spent two years at Christ The Redeemer Christian School.
